Gangguan Wireless Broadband

Saya kecewa tidak dapat update kerana line broadband Celcom kebebelakangan ini sangat teruk. Bila login, line menunjukkan adanya 3g tapi... mana- mana blog tidak dapat dibuka, kadang-kadang hanya paparan Google yang pertama dan selepas itu seolah oleh line mati.
Sungguh menecewakan kerana ketika gunakan Digi dahulu walaupun menggunakan GPRS dan PDA modem tetapi line lebih stabil dan sentiasa tidak pernah mengecewakan ( death line )

Hanya petang ini sahaja nampaknya OK, dan setelah merayau - rayau rupanya masalah ini juga berlaku pada rakan yang lain, antaranya ....

"Lately I have been experiencing very bad connection speed with my Celcom Broadband and wiress modem. The signal shows "light blue" which signifies HSDPA, nevertheless, the download and upload speed never increases to above 100kbps. Mst of the time it is at zero. I am only able to log in MSN, and that also sometimes not able to receive animations. I lodged many complaints with Celcom and in the end they told me that there is a problem with their 3G gateway and will only be able to be resolved by May 15th. Has anyone encountered the same problemm as me? If this is a big problem that affects a large number of customers, many would have posted such an issue here."

me: I'm having a problem where my connections will be dropped every 10 minutes. Then when tries to reconnect, I'll get "remote computer not responding error."

me: already
operator: please uninstall and restart your computer then reinstall back
me: already done, all the steps including re-plugin, reinstallations, even the same error persists at other new computers as well.
operator: We currently having service outage at your area, please try again later.

meh, don't they just go straight to the point saying service outage, instead of useless stuff that wastes our time

Now connections seems so slow, msn can't connect

HSDPA led status, but everything seems like slower than GPRS
